When should a pensioner submit their life certificate?
Central government pensioners must submit their life certificate in November every year. Many state government pension departments also follow the November cycle. Some banks and pension offices accept submissions in October or December. NammaDocs generates Jeevan Pramaan all year round.
What happens if a pensioner does not submit a life certificate?

Jeevan Pramaan is accepted by all central government departments (EPFO, Railways, Defence, Post, etc.) and many state government pension departments. It is also accepted by banks disbursing pension under EPS (Employee Pension Scheme).
