Is PM Vishwakarma registration free?
Registration on the government portal is free. NammaDocs charges Rs 200 as a service charge to help you navigate the portal, verify documents, and complete the registration correctly. Many artisans find the process complicated without assistance.
Can both husband and wife register for PM Vishwakarma if both are artisans?
Yes. If both practice an eligible trade, both can register separately. However, the scheme allows only one member per family to avail of the loan benefit at a time. Multiple family members can each receive toolkit support.
