We register you on the eSanjeevani portal and book you a slot with an available doctor. No long waits — slots are available throughout the day.

Wait for Your Turn

Wait in our comfortable centre until your slot is called. We connect you to the doctor via video on our system.

Consult the Doctor

Have your consultation with the government doctor. Describe your symptoms and health concerns clearly.

Receive Digital Prescription

The doctor issues a digital prescription that you receive on your mobile. We print a copy for you so you can take it to a pharmacy.

Is eSanjeevani truly free? What do doctors provide?
Yes, eSanjeevani OPD consultations are completely free. Government doctors on the platform provide consultations, diagnosis guidance, and prescriptions for common conditions. For serious conditions requiring tests or specialist referral, they will guide you to a government hospital.
Can I use eSanjeevani for any health problem?
eSanjeevani is ideal for common ailments — fever, cold, cough, minor infections, skin issues, follow-up consultations, and medication refills. For emergencies, physical examination needs, or serious conditions, the doctor will refer you to an appropriate government facility.
What if I do not have a smartphone for the video call?
That is why NammaDocs helps with this service. You can come to our centre and we connect you to the doctor using our equipment — you do not need your own smartphone or internet connection.
Is the eSanjeevani prescription accepted at pharmacies?
Yes. The digital prescription from eSanjeevani is issued by a registered government doctor and is legally valid. Most pharmacies in Bengaluru accept it. We print a copy for you to take along.
